AT&T Backs HTC F8181

AT&T HTC F8181 aka Smart2 Smartphone coming soon

Leaked Shots of the HTC F8181 is looking good in brushed aluminum finish and compact design. The phone, which has the odds stacked against it, may not fade into obscurity as first thought after all. AT&T has been backing up this new phone and saying that it won’t live a short life like many other phones that have been discarded to be C-class phones. What might be the advantage of the HTC F8181 is that it will run in the Brew MP platform Qualcomm and that the hardware will be free on contract. That is a sweet deal considering the performance of the hardware…

The HTC F8181 is said to have an 8 megapixel camera with a dual-LED flash and a camera that faces the front. It also appears to feature a 4.3-inch screen, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a kickstand support and hands free function. The release of the HTC F8181, which will probably be known in another cooler name is yet to be released and the official date is still to be marked on calendars.
